Meet The Team
Manpreet
RN MSN, CNL
Manpreet is an experienced Master’s prepared registered nurse who enjoys serving others kindheartedly. She attended the University of San Francisco, earning a Master’s of Science in Nursing. She’s also received a California Clinical Nurse Leader Certification. Manpreet has over eleven years of experience in various healthcare settings. Her roles included neurology, urology, fertility, post op care, and urgent care. As healthcare shifted during Covid-19, so did her desires to care for others. She took that passion and put it into shifting her focus to aesthetics.
As a clinical nurse leader, Manpreet assesses and provides evidence-based care to all patients while ensuring process improvement at all levels. Overall, she delivers the highest level of care.
Tamara
RN, BSN
Tamara has ten years of nursing experience ranging from School Nurse for special needs students to Urgent Care and most recently a Labor & Delivery nurse for a major hospital in the Bay Area. She obtained her Licensed Vocational Nursing degree from City College in San Francisco in 2011, her Associates Degree in Nursing from College of San Mateo in 2014, and her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from California State University, East Bay in 2016.
Tamara’s bedside manner is unmatched, and her skillset makes for a perfect care provider during your most vulnerable moments. After working in the hospital setting for so many years, Tamara decided to mix things up a bit and branch out into the happy medicine that is aesthetics. She is committed to providing her patients the best possible outcomes using the safest techniques.
Dr. Kyon Hood
Medical Director / Medical Doctor
Dr. Kyon Hood is a board certified physician who has practiced medicine for nearly 20 years. He has extensive clinical and quality oversight experience, including primary care, emergency medicine, integrative medicine, telemedicine, and aesthetics.
Dr. Hood has previously served as the Medical Director for a med spa in North Carolina for two years, overseeing the full range of aesthetics treatment. He is a member of the International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine (IAPAM) and is certified in cosmetic injectables.
Dr. Hood completed his internship at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, and his residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey – Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.
Dr. Hood takes pride in providing and overseeing quality care in a compassionate, responsible and individualized manner.
Outside his day job, Dr. Hood has done mission work in Guatemala, and remains an active supporter of a nonprofit providing treatment for cystic fibrosis. He is a father of six kids!
